Service Description

Immerse your self in an incredible sound bath experience to relax the body and ease the mind. Our body contains many energy centers, the seven main ones being the root chakra (located in the base of the spine), sacral chakra (located three inches below the navel), the solar plexus chakra (located in the upper belly), the heart chakra, the throat chakra, the third eye chakra (located between the brows /pineal gland), and the crown chakra (located on the top of the head). Each energy center resonates to a particular frequency. When the body listens to the frequencies emanated from each singing bowl, it can become aware of each center facilitating the oxygen flow to them. This interaction can provide harmony and relaxation in the body ideal for alleviating stress, anxiety, and any dissonance the body system.
